Pop-A-Shot Is Coming to The 1up 🎯

The Arcade Is Getting a New Score to Settle

We’re adding another game to the lineup this September, and this one is going to get competitive pretty quickly.

Pop-A-Shot is coming to both Greenwood and Westminster. If you’ve played it before, you already know the drill. If you haven’t, it’s a timed basketball shooting game where you’re trying to make as many shots as possible before the clock runs out. Pretty simple. Then you see your score and suddenly you’re wondering how you managed to miss that many.

It’s also one of those games that makes it very easy to start comparing scores. You play once, someone beats you by a few points, you play again. Then someone gets a higher score. Then you have to play again because obviously that score doesn’t count. You know how this goes.

We’re expecting the games to arrive at Greenwood and Westminster sometime in September, and we’ll be sharing on social once they’re actually on the floor and ready to play. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook for the update when they land.

So if you’ve been waiting for another game to work into your next 1up visit, there you go. Round up your usual competition and see who’s actually got the shot.

And if you’re already convinced you’re going to have the high score… we’ll see about that.
