Q. Is The 1up – Greenwood 21 and over?
Yes. We do allow minors, accompanied by their PARENT ONLY, from 11:00am – 3:00 pm weekdays and 11:am – 7:00pm Saturday and Sundays. Parents hosting parties or groups must have a ratio of 1 Parent per 4 minors MAX. Minors must be accompanied by an adult while playing games. Please DO NOT leave your minor unattended, drop them off, or leave them with other Parents. We do not allow Designated Drivers under the age of 21 at anytime. The 1up – Greenwood will be 21 and over ONLY for St. Patrick’s Day.
Q. What type of identification is needed to enter The 1up – Greenwood
THE 1UP NO LONGER ACCEPTS VERTICAL or PAPER ID’S ACCEPTED FROM ANY STATE. We have been advised by the City of Denver – Department of Excise and License to no longer accept vertical ID’s. We suggest that you plan accordingly before arriving at either location. If you happen to have a vertical ID from another state which is valid, such as Arizona, California, Louisiana or Indiana, we suggest you bring a valid passport. Military Identification cards which are vertical on front and horizontal on back are accepted at all locations. We do not accept digital forms of identification.

Happy Hour is Monday – Friday from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and ALL DAY Sunday. Our Happy Hour specials can be found on our Menu

Q. What is the 1up – Greenwood credit card policy?
If you choose to open a tab at The 1up – Greenwood, you will be asked for your credit card and an ID. If you have a discrepancy with a tab, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Does The 1up – Greenwood have a Lost & Found?
If you’ve lost an item at The 1up – Greenwood you must return to the location to see if it’s been found. Do not call our office or email us. Items will be held for 7 days.
Q. Are gift cards available for purchase?
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at all three locations. Gift cards are not valid for games.
Q. What do the games cost to play?
Classic Video games are a 25 cents to play (as they should be!!!) Some newer machines cost 50 cents per game. Our Skee-Ball lanes are also 25 cents per game. Pinball machines are 50 cents per games. All games work by use of quarters, not tokens.
Q. How do you select your games and can I request my favorite game?
There are certain games that are just classics and will never be rotated out such as Donkey Kong, Tron and Pac-Man. If there is a game that you would like to suggest, post it on Twitter (@The1upLodo) or email email@example.com. We love suggestions and do our best to accommodate.
Q. Does The 1up – Greenwood offer bottle service?
We do not offer bottle service, unless you consider Mad Dog 20/20, Colt 45, Mickey’s, Old English or Boone’s Farm bottle service.
Q. Can I book a private party, special event or rent the entire space at The 1up – Greenwood?
We’d love to host your private party or corporate event for groups of 20 or more. You can reserve two (or more) of our booths (until 8:00 pm) or the entire bar. There is a $400 minimum, on a single credit card, in order to reserve booths as there is limited booth seating and it is on a first come first serve basis for dining customers until 10pm. Someone from your party must be on time or you will be charged and your space released. All reservations must be made 48 hours in advance. Q. What items are prohibited at The 1up – Greenwood?
Outside alcohol, outside food (including leftovers), controlled substances, backpacks or any item which may negatively impact other patrons.
Q. Do you rent games?
Due to the difficulty and risk involved in moving games we do not rent or loan games.
